My name is Thobekile Manyike, affectionately known as Thobeka. I am a counselling psychologist registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa. My work focuses on individual adults who are faced with a wide variety of difficulties including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship difficulties, and bereavement and loss.

I aim to provide you with an opportunity to begin a process of change that, hopefully, will persist long after therapy has ended. I also aim to make therapy a safe space, where you will be supported whilst you nurture your desired changes, learn healthy ways of coping, explore your unique identity, and improve your interpersonal relationships.
