An eclectic client-centred approach is adopted when dealing with each client's unique needs and circumstances. Some of the modalities followed include systemic structural family therapy, solution-focussed and cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) to guide clients to find solutions. In coaching, NLP techniques are used to unblock self limiting beliefs.
