I have always had a love of walking through the fire with those who have been through the toughest of times and walking out the other side, even better and more confident. My goal is to create a holding space for you that is judgement free, allowing you to show up as your most authentic self to heal in an environment that is supportive, guiding and safe.
I am a Specialist Wellness Counsellor registered under the ASCHP. I love working with a multitude of individuals including adolescents (from 12 years old), adults and seniors. I work with themes such as: anxiety/depression, PTSD/trauma and trauma debriefing, relationship and marriage counselling, family counselling or simply a safe space to vent
