Using psychodynamic, gestalt and mindful based cognitive therapy (MBCT), I can assist you to identify critical and conflicting emotions and developmental patterns that may be causing anger, anxiety, confusion, depression, despair, fear or trauma in your life. I also prove therapy in the area of neurodiversity, with an emphasis on children's behavioural issues, adolescent and teenage social and emotional health, as well as the impact of parental conflict on children living in conflicted family systems.
