Finding a safe space to lay it all out there can be challenging too. As a Specialist Wellness Counsellor, I provide personalized and practical wellness services that includes individual & group counselling as well as interactive psycho-educational workshops.
The feeling of overwhelm can be incredibly consuming when one is trying to juggle both plastic and glass balls. My role is to journey with you to healing by assisting you to differentiate between the two, understand their importance as well as navigate the challenges each set of balls poses.
