As human beings, we are all on a healing and growth journey. Some of the life issues we can work through: work stress, burnout, loss, grief, toxic work, relationships, pain, suffering, integrating spirituality in an authentic way, career and purpose. Others may be struggling with mental health issues including depression, anxiety, gender & identity, personality. I have a special interest in Christian Mental Health and Clergy Stress & Burnout and Christian Spirituality.
I practised as a counsellor for over 30 years and also worked in organisations, in specialist and leadership roles and understand the challenges of the workplace. I take an integrative approach to counselling, combining my training in counselling, coaching, theology, spirituality and leadership development.
