As the presentation of Autism is unique to every individual, I offer an individualized treatment program for Children and Adults living on the Autism Spectrum. The first step in the individualized treatment plan is to conduct a diagnostic assessment in order to obtain an accurate understanding of the true nature and presentation of the diagnosis.
I specialise in helping individuals with Autism to adapting to their environment, fulfilling life alongside their family and community. This will include a specialized treatment plan for behavioural modification, social interaction and communication skills training and emotional regulation techniques to address distress and anxiety.
Identifying appropriate interventions for Autism Spectrum Disorder can be an overwhelming and frustrating experience for adults and parents. I believe that interventions and treatment need to be adapted to the needs of the person and monitored for impact.
