My ideal clients are adults, couples and teenagers. It is my life passion and purpose to assist, support and steer my client towards sterling approaches and solutions for their problems. The latter addresses a wide range of difficulties such as anxiety, depression, ADD, OCD, other personal issues, relationship and work challenges. I believe that for every difficulty there is a creative way to bring comfort and solutions. My aim with my therapy is to inspire my clients hope for the future!
My approach to therapy is flexible and I draw on the strengths of different approaches to therapy such as CBT, neuropsychology and Creativity to meet my client's individual needs. These vary from being personally stuck, anxiety and depression to work and relationship problems. Together we unlock solutions for challenges. We meet face-to-face or online.
A primary focus is my client's thought processes. Thinking is the most important thing we do. You are what you think. Your thoughts are the catapult for every feeling you experience, your decisions and actions. Your thinking can crush of preserve you. I can guide you to discover new gateways to fulfillment, excellence, peace and tranquility.
