I am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist committed to meeting adults and adolescents where they require the most support. Although I follow a Psychodynamic approach, I customise my psychotherapy treatment to suit each adult and adolescent's individual and immediate requirements which allows me to adapt and provide the necessary care.
I am a compassionate and empathetic therapist who aims to create a secure and non-judgemental environment for my client, where together, we delve into the roots of their current stressors and examine their coping mechanisms in order to foster psychological wellbeing and personal development.
