I provide counselling to clients in a safe, non-judgmental and supportive space. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients so that that they are able to achieve their goals. I believe that the power of being witness to and listening attentively to a clients experience is important in creating paths to healing, I work with individuals and groups who have experienced trauma, may be struggling with anxiety, grieving for a loved one, the loss of a pet, are stressed / burnt out or life transitions.
I view each client as unique and therefore use a variety of different techniques that are specific to a client’s goals. I take a solution focused approach to help establish goals for counselling and work with Brainspotting and EMDR.
