My passion is people and how to help them overcome issues that are affecting their daily lives as well as develop themselves further. We all have issues ranging from minor ones to major setbacks and these can include depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, internal turmoil, family or work issues and health problems to name but a few. We may have problems that stem from our childhood that we have never dealt with and these are now starting to affect our lives. Through counselling I aim to try and assist you in your pursuit of peace and find the ability to cope with what life throws your way.
The areas I focus on are: anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, trauma, bereavement and loss, life stage transitions, and couples counselling. I offer face to face and online counselling for adults and teenagers. Having been through cancer, I offer therapy in dealing with this, in how to cope with the diagnosis yourself and dealing with how others react.
Life is stressful and so often we just need to talk, but have nobody we can open up and talk to and not feel judged by them. My aim is to provide you with that space, where you can learn to tap into and survive with the strengths you have and develop more to help in your journey of life, where you can learn to breathe again and know you are not alone in this
