I work with a wide range of Mental Health challenges and focus on the specific needs of the client. The goal is to target the origin of the clients challenge and to then work at the pace of the client, so that he/she always feels in control. The goal of therapy is to improve quality of life and and wellness in every dimension of one's life. Trauma, depression or anxiety could impact greatly on one's happiness, functioning and well being. Workplace stress may also impact on health and well being. I have may years of experience in private practice.
I have more than 20 years experience in the practice of psychology and work with therapeutic models which focus on deep work. For instance clinical hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioral techniques. The specific techniques used, will be determined by the client's needs and diagnosis. I work with clients of all ages, including children and families.
