Everyone needs someone some of the time. School going children and adults all experience challenges throughout their life time. Trauma such as parents separating or are in the process of divorce, bereavement can be quite debilitating for children. Learning difficulties can make the school experience very challenging too. Children responses to trauma may result in enuresis or encopresis and other regressive behaviours. Adults struggling to come to terms with childhood trauma, bereavement, divorce, domestic violence and trauma, all of which can negatively affect functioning in daily life. Depression & anxiety often follow trauma.
I work with depression & anxiety, childhood trauma and post traumatic stress as a result of unprocessed trauma. I work with various emotional issues in children and adults. I also assist with substance abuse and addiction.
