I’m a geologist, mother, wife, enthusiastic amateur photographer and creative artist, and now Registered Counsellor with HPCSA! In my counselling practice, I use an eclectic, integrative combination of approaches and techniques based on the situation to achieve the greatest benefit for each client. I’m experienced in working with members of the diaspora and diverse groups.
I work with clients who may struggle with trauma, anxiety, loss and grief, stress and life-stage transitions, and many other mental health issues. I serve people of all ages, individually, in groups, and in workplace settings. I also conduct awareness workshops on aspects of mental health and wellness, customised to the context and audience.
I provide confidential counselling services from a comfortable, calm and relaxing space in Johannesburg. Prefer the familiarity of your home or workplace? Counselling sessions, awareness workshops and other meetings can happen online using Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
