Our society struggles with prioritizing their mental health. As a Clinical Psychologist, I am here to advocate for mental health through consultation services and group workshops. Acknowledging that you need help and furthermore taking a step towards obtaining such help is not an indication of a "weakness" or " Failure". Rather, it is an indication of courage, strength and resourcefullness.
Psychotherapy is a tool which I use to assist children, adolescents and adults to reach their optimal functioning. I believe in working with a diverse group of individuals from multicultural backgrounds. I work from an eclectic approach which caters for each client's needs.
My practice provides a safe, non-judgmental space for clients struggling with issues related to trauma,grief, addiction, anxiety, relationship issues, having difficulty with everyday challenges related to work or academics, major life changes and other related problems. I work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide quality treatment.
