Whilst I am guided by evidence-based psychological interventions, such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), I acknowledge that mental health is multifaceted and subsequently my approach is strengths-based and holistic. This includes acknowledging the connection between the mind and body and thus considering the role of mental, physical and social factors on overall health and wellbeing.
