I work with children, teenagers and young adults who are having emotional, behavioural, social, or academic difficulties. I provide therapy employing an integrated approach and incorporating techniques from various approaches. I work together with clients in creating a safe space where they can openly express their feelings, uncover their true selves, identify significant patterns and needs, make sense of their experiences, find their own voice, and become motivated to take appropriate and helpful actions. I believe there is great potential in all clients.
Additionally, we provide assessments such as concession or accommodation, which are meant to ascertain whether a student or learner needs additional support or accommodations to reach his or her full potential. Furthermore, we provide psychoeducational, career, subject choices, school readiness and emotional assessments.
My goal is to create a secure environment for our clients, one in which they are free to discuss anything they want without fear of being judged or criticized in any way. Keep in mind that we are here for you, and that your mental health is our primary priority.
