I am motivated to help those who want some kind of change in their life, but are struggling to know how to get unstuck. I also have experience dealing with a comprehensive range of mental disorders, but I have special interests in stress, anxiety, addictions and mood disorders.
I use process-based therapy in my practice. This means that I help identify the psychological processes that are keeping you stuck in a cycle of suffering, and help move you toward new processes that help liberate you. I mainly use techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, which help increase psychological flexibility to leave you better equipped.
Life can be difficult and unpredictable, but there are skills and capacities that can be developed that are known to help people even in the most dire of situations. There is help.
