With more than a decade of experience and serving thousands of clients from around the globe and South Africa, I am dedicated to help you to bring healing to your personal issues and relationship matters. My focus is in the field of marriage, relationship problems, helping clients to heal trauma, anxiety, depression and suppressed anger, addiction, codependency, and grief therapy. I love to teach self mastery.
Besides talk therapy, I love to be practical with my clients and educate them to become empowered for good. My approach is combination of Short term intensive psychotherapy, CBT, Acceptance & Commitment, and Mindfulness practice. I teach self regulation techniques, so clients can learn how to achieve a coherent state of being.
In 45 years of my life, I have experienced losses, grief, immigration, divorce, anxiety, depression, lack of motivation, pain, emptiness, and despair. I have learned, evolved, and grow.
