When it comes to counselling, I believe that the sustained impact of a Client's counselling work actually begins when they leave my counselling space; where they, independently, apply what they've learnt and pursue a healthier relationship with themself and the environments they interact with. For this purpose, I collaborate with my Client to create a safe space to explore, acknowledge, and develop an understanding of their internal dynamics, coping mechanisms, and opportunities for change.
