Hello, I'm Tash, and I am a registered clinical social worker and psychotherapist. I provide psychotherapy, treatment, and support to individuals, families, and groups struggling and/or living with the impact of mental illness, emotional distress, substance-related and addictive disorders. I also lead mental health and mindfulness workshops. As a therapist, I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental space for you and hold a firm belief in the transformative power of therapy and group support.
I support individuals struggling with drug or alcohol addiction, problem gambling, or those seeking to moderate or reduce their substance use. I also provide therapy for people dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, bi-polar and personality disorders. I offer support for stress-related challenges and relationship distress as well.
My goal is to provide compassionate care and guidance on your journey to healing and personal growth.
