Psychotherapy- also referred to as “talk therapy” is a process that enables psychological difficulties to be treated through communication and with the understanding that each individual’s life experiences are unique and different. The therapeutic space is non-judgemental and it allows individuals to address and deal with their life challenges and unresolved problems.
I work mainly from a Systems Approach as well as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, however there is also an appreciation for other paradigms of working such as Psychodynamic and African Epistemology. I offer individual psychotherapy, couples therapy and family therapy. I work with adolescents and adults.
