I work from an integrated framework, tying together the need for solutions, the desire to flourish and the ability to overcome. I have an appreciation for the solutions-focused mindset, where I acknowledge the value of learning from the past; helping you to integrate the skills you already have with new awareness and assets to face your challenges from a new perspective.

Through our process we will work towards learning new skills to overcome and adapt to challenges, staying mindful of who you are, the choices you have available and the system you are a part of. Some of my focal points include identity, chronic illness, resilience, relationships and adjustment.

I am driven by the belief that a trusting relationship can facilitate lasting change for a person; the counselling relationship is central to the process with me.
