I hold the belief that, this enables clients to be empowered in making choices that will help them to make changes in their lives which can lead to them having a successful life journey.
I have been trained in various therapeutic modalities, this enables me to work with clients who have different sets of challenges and who come from different backgrounds . My eclectic approach allows me to work in a way that is in response to a client's unique needs.
I believe that people inherently want the best for themselves, and sometimes life challenges can lead to one feeling stuck and demotivated.
