Grief, loss, and bereavement can be overwhelming, reshaping how we see ourselves and the world. As trauma-trained, my approach honours each person’s unique experience. My role is not to take your grief away but to offer a compassionate space where, at your own pace, you can explore and make meaning of your experience. While death may end a life, it doesn’t necessarily end a relationship; healing acknowledges the enduring connection to what has been lost. Whether facing recent loss, carrying past grief, or preparing for an anticipated one, we journey together on a hopeful path toward integrating your grief.
I am an experienced HPCSA-registered counsellor across a range of mental health issues, and with a speciality in counselling the bereaved. My diverse background, including corporate training and life coaching, combined with an integrative approach that addresses both the mind and body impacts of loss, deepens my commitment to each client’s unique journey.
