I assist adults, between the ages of 18 and 65 years, who have experienced, or are currently facing, the following challenges: Trauma, Narcissistic & other forms of abuse, Domestic & Intimate Partner violence, Dysfunctional interpersonal relationships, Self-criticism & Self-doubt, low Self-worth, as well as other day-to-day challenges.
My approach is eclectic, person-centered, and solution-focused in nature. As such, I draw on multiple orientations & techniques, and select the most effective methods available, to address each client's unique challenges.
My goal is to help, guide, and support individuals in overcoming whatever challenges they face and to empower them to achieve their personal goals, through fostering self-insight, competence, as well as a sense of empowerment, autonomy & control.
