I draw on different modalities like person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT - Level 1), Mindfulness, Resource Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and Trauma and Tension Release Excercizes (TRE). The therapeutic relationship is the most important part of therapy and is based on authentic connection, compassion, empathy, a non-judgemental stance, and unconditional positive regard for the client.
