Life as we know it is challenging – it’s hard! The future seems uncertain, security one thought you had isn’t so secure anymore. Constant stress and past trauma(s) may leave one feeling alone, confused, burnt out, lost, stuck, or that it all has become too much. The constant change and financial struggles seem to be ever-increasing. All (or some) of this leads to anxiety, depression, and feelings that leave us feeling helpless and even hopeless. It also skews the way that we perceive others and our surroundings. You are not alone, there is help at hand!
