I am a Registered Counselor from Edenvale, with over 10 years experience in the counseling field, and working as an Employee Wellness Programme consultant and Registered Counselor in Independent Practice assisting individuals from different walks of life to navigate through life with resilience.
I am passionate about helping people navigate through life challenges and be able to bounce back to where they where prior to the challenges and even greater. I believe that life is like a box of puzzles, we navigate through it by putting 1 puzzle piece at a time, and eventually we will be able to create the complete picture as is supposed to be.
