I am a Counselling Psychologist based in Alberton at Leaf of Hope Therapy Centre. I am passionate about mental health awareness and the holistic well being of individuals. I would love to be part of your mental health journey
My approach to therapy is integrative and based on the needs of the client, and I provide therapy to students, adolescents, and adults. In therapy, I make use of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Person Centred Therapy (PCT).
I am mostly fluent in English, Xitsonga, Sepedi/Sesotho. My areas of interest are broad and include Depression, Anxiety, Grief & Bereavement, Adjustment, Stress & Burnout, Trauma, Relationship Challenges, Self-Esteem, Trauma, Self-Harm, Career and Academic challenges, or just daily life challenges.
