The work we do together helps the client gain a deeper understanding into their emotions and the mental processes that influence how they feel and think.
I have a special interest & passion in couples therapy & am certified in clinical Imago relationship therapy.This therapy focuses on re-establishing connection &safety in the relationship space whilst gaining a deeper understanding of what is going on underneath the power struggles & the hurt so that healing, growth and a more conscious partnership can occur
