I like to share practical tools that I have come across or have personally experienced to be helpful. I also enjoy incorporating creative activities like art materials to help clients communicate and explore thoughts and feelings.
It is my goal to create a safe, empathic and non-judgmental space, where I can listen and offer support. I tend to be solution focused, and have a person-centred nature. I aim to be honest, genuine, and respectful and invite my client to show up in whatever way they feel comfortable.
