Life can be tough. We live in a world with so much pressure on everyone, young and old. There is so much pressure and expectations to be and behave in a certain way, with little room to check in with ourselves. Amid all of this we are sometimes confronted with challenges that disrupts us in ways that we cannot cope by ourselves, and we need some support. As a therapist, it is important for me to create a space where each individual feels comfortable and safe enough to authentically share their experiences and challenges without fear of judgment, irrespective of their beliefs, backgrounds or the social systems they are part of.
