Over the years I have learnt a lot and gained experience through working in diverse contexts, e.g., higher education (student counselling, academic development), FAMSA, LifeLine, private practice and employee assistance where I assisted people from many sectors of society with a variety of mental health needs, as well as work and life challenges and goals.
My aim is to offer a professional and confidential therapeutic space where personal, relational, work and life challenges can be explored in collaborative, open, accepting and respectful ways. Moreover, I believe in the uniqueness of all people and mindfully tailor services to meet and support my clients' individual needs.
