Groups
Mental Mania L.O. for Adolescents Young Adults
This is a life oriented psycho education and support group for Adolescents and Young Adults, which includes one process group and one individual counselling session per week. Groups run for 6 weeks. 3 Tiers. Tier 1 Primary. Tier 2 Secondary Tier 3 - Continuous Practice, Self Realization and Exploration. Groups and individuals do go through a selective process to find a good fit for everyone. Max 8 persons per group. Highly successful group run by myself, Chris (Registered Counsellor).
