I aim to provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space for self-discovery, self-awareness, personal growth, and healing. I always strive to gain a holistic understanding into the various influences that affect how people approach, manage, and make meaning of difficulties and life challenges. I therefore work from an integrative approach which combines different therapeutic techniques and approaches to best suit the individual needs of my clients. These approaches include psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-based therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
I provide brief to long term psychotherapy for adolescents, adults, couples, and families. The areas I work with include depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and bereavement, relationships, bullying, academic challenges, life transitions and adjustment, personal growth and development, burnout, stress management, and career counselling.
