I am an HPCSA registered intern Educational Psychologist passionate about the holistic wellbeing of every individual. I love creating a space that allows my clients to grow in their true authentic joyful self. As such, as a psychotherapist, I seek to facilitate the growth of my clients by providing a warm, supportive and non-judgmental space for my client to freely express themselves, feeling heard and understood and; being empowered to live in confidence and peace. I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients to assist them in obtaining their goals.
I primarily work from a Psychodynamic-orientated approach however, I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities based on their needs and goals, ensuring a tailor-made therapeutic journey with every client.
I have experience in working with individual adults, adolescents, and children around a variety of issues such as: learning/scholastic difficulties, anxiety, personal growth challenges, depression, self-harm, life adjustment difficulties, trauma, stress, bereavement, relationship/ interpersonal difficulties and play therapy for children (5+).
