As a Clinical Psychologist, I have experience in assisting a diverse range of clients as well as have worked with an extensive spectrum of psychological challenges. I have experience working with a variety of therapeutic modalities such as psychodynamic psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Working collaboratively, I employ an integrative approach to therapy so as to tailor therapeutic interventions to best meet the unique needs of each client.
I am passionate about working with children, aged 2 to 11, in terms of providing both play therapy and psychological assessments (which can provide valuable insights into emotional, behavioural, and cognitive difficulties). I also have a particular interest in providing psychotherapy to adults and conducting family therapy.
Through the use of a supportive, empathetic, and non-judgmental space, I strive to empower each client to overcome obstacles, gain insight into oneself and ones unhealthy patterns of relating, develop healthier ways of relating and coping and implement change effectively, ultimately fostering resilience and personal growth.
