I am a compassionate and experienced Clinical Psychologist. For the past twelve years, I have worked at UCT as well as in my private practice. I am on the provider networks of most medical aids, and can apply for PMB benefits where applicable. I have had the privilege of assisting many clients to find ways to manage the challenges in their lives and to build their resilience. I am a gentle therapist and you can expect a non-judgemental space in which you will hopefully feel comfortable and safe. I see therapy as a collaborative process and I am passionate about my work. I also offer online therapy sessions if you prefer this.
I am an integrative psychotherapist and work closely with my clients according to their needs. Together with my client, we will work out what you wish to focus on in your therapy, and how frequently you wish to meet.
