My role as a counsellor working with people is first to understand them, hear them as they are, help them adapt to current elements in their life that they can't change, and help them identify what they can change. I have a great passion in walking through the healing journey with people and them discovering their true selves. I am determined to work through the process of finding answers to those challenging questions to promote purposeful and fulfilling lives. My goal is to assist individuals, couples, families, groups and communities from ages of 4 years and above in becoming the best version of themselves.
I help people dealing with trauma and challenges by assisting them to understand themselves and identifying inner skills. I offer individual counselling, couples counselling, group and family counselling, psychosocial workshop, psychometric assessments, and employee well-being.
