Hi, I'm a clinical psychologist registered in both SA and the UK. My practice is centered around supporting individuals through a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, life changes, OCD-related issues, and body image concerns. I also have extensive experience working with adolescents and children.
I aim to provide a supportive space for my clients where we can explore any challenges they are facing. My goal is for my clients to feel heard and understood, while also being empowered with new skills and strategies to deal with these challenges effectively.
