Welcome to my corner of understanding & growth! As a counsellor specialising in the needs of young adults of all backgrounds, I am committed to providing a supportive environment where you can navigate challenges in your life & finally reach a state of peace. My approach is grounded in empathy & empowerment through a combination of art & talk counselling techniques. I recognise the unique intersectional experiences that shape the lives of young adults & art allows you to explore your thoughts & feelings to foster personal growth, making it an excellent choice for those who find traditional counselling challenging.
Together we'll work on improving your mental health. From managing Anxiety, dealing with Stress or learning Coping Skills, I provide tools to achieve peace & balance. Not only do I focus on Individual Counselling, but I make use of Art Therapy & Guided Meditation techniques to help you reach a state of relief.
