Practicing from what is known as the Interactional Integrative approach I incorporate several different psychological approaches in a systematic and goal directed manner towards resolving presenting complaints. This include approaches such as Rational Emotive and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (RECBT), Hypnosis, Rogerian etc
I believe therapeutic change happens because of the quality of the therapeutic relationship. We all have difficulties that we are trying to change as we travel through life doing our best. In my sessions i aspire to provide a relationship filled with understanding, acceptance while at the same time figure out strategies on how to improve functioning.
