As Pastoral Counsellor, I strive to empower clients to achieve their goals in their counselling journey and improve their relationships with self and others. I provide pastoral counselling for a wide range of issues. I use person-centred therapy with talk therapy as well as creative therapeutic activities. This focuses on a particular client and their circumstances and provides an integrative approach that aims to create a holistic therapy plan to maximize personal wellness. Together we build on strengths to encourage personal growth and development, increase positive coping strategies, and promote self-efficacy and resilience.
