Robert C. Ciampi LCSW
Robert Ciampi, LCSW has been a clinician, therapist, counselor, supervisor, coach, consultant, and now author. He earned his MSW at Rutgers University. After receiving his licensure as a clinical social worker, he worked in community mental health centers and hospitals as a clinician helping individuals with serious, persistent mental illness as well as patients dually diagnosed with mental illness and substance abuse. He went on to work for a behavioral healthcare consulting firm which helped healthcare facilities reestablish themselves as well as coordinating a program that provided employee assistance help for problems in and out of the workplace. He also served as director of psychiatric inpatient social work services at the state's largest hospital. He entered private practice in 2010 focusing on clients needing assistance with anxiety, depression, anger management, assertiveness training, and related issues. He also sees clients for couples and marital counseling.
