Homaira Kabir

About

Homaira Kabir has a Master’s degree in Coaching Psychology and Positive Psychology—the science of human flourishing and well-being—from the University of East London. Her postgraduate research focuses on the reasons women struggle to let go of unhelpful behaviors and the gaps they create in their skills and capacities.

She is the founder of the Hello, Life project, dedicated to helping women say Hello to the core truths that help them adapt to life’s challenges and create a life of joy, impact, and purpose. Homaira developed an eating disorder at the age of 13 and grew increasingly ill over the next 10 years, yo-yo-ing between anorexia and bulimia. She finally recovered and embarked on a journey to help women move past the fragile world of functioning and embrace flourishing as the ultimate purpose of life.
