Hire a vet

When I have a job opening, I look for candidates possessing the following qualities:

1. Competence
2. Discipline
3. Structure and skills in organization
4. Loyalty

It's my opinion that individuals who serve in the military have tendencies toward the four qualities listed above. In addition, they tend to have the following qualities:

1. Obedience
2. Punctuality

It's pretty simple. Hire a vet.

Having experienced a trauma and getting treatment for symptoms associated with the trauma would not take away any of the qualities mentioned above. In fact, persons who have been traumatized may be even more loyal to those who prove to be safe and secure.

But don't sneak up behind them and spook them.
