26 Benefits of Adult ADHD Coaching
People with and without ADD don't utilize the coaching process
Posted January 6, 2011
I've been an advocate of utilizing an ADD/ADHD Coach for years now. It's been incredibly beneficial in my life and winning the battle against ADD. Too bad more people, with and without ADD don't utilize the coaching process. The top athletes in the world have coaches, so do the majority of senior executives........they want to be the best and understand the benefits of coaching.
So, why don't the majority of people use coaches? My ADD Coach has dedicated a full page on his site to the benefits of ADD Coaching.
