NorthStar Transitions is a Joint Commission accredited facility that provides licensed drug and alcohol treatment for adults 18 and over. Our offerings include a full continuum of outpatient services such as Day Treatment (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs. Designed to integrate with clients’ daily lives, our programs allow participants to continue working or attending school while receiving treatment.
