Westborough Behavioral Outpatient Service
Our Mental Health Outpatient Programs are designed to provide short-term stabilization and resolution for adolescent and adult individuals suffering from a crisis or exacerbation of their psychiatric condition. Our programs allow you to receive treatment while still maintaining an active and independent lifestyle at school, work, or in the community at large. Our goal is to help you get back to living your life as quickly and productively as possible. We assist in aftercare arrangements to set you up for success Our Program
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) 5 days per week with 4 groups per day, Monday through Friday - Psychoeducation, Psychotherapy, Holistic Groups, Psychiatry/Medication Management and complimentary lunch. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) - 3 days per week and 3 groups per day Psychoeducation, Psychotherapy, Holistic Groups and Psychiatry/Medication Management as needed Taking Shape: Adolescent Program ages 13 to 17. Taking Flight: Adult Program ages 18 to 25. Taking Care: Adult Program ages 26 and older. Taking Hold: Recovery Support for ages 18 and older, and First Responder Specialized Treatment. All adult programs are available virtually or in-person. All graduates of programs may attend a weekly support group Immediate opening and complimentary Assessments
